This picture was taken near to the ticket counter of Kalash Yatayat at Jorpati, Kathmandu where a small girl came to aid me to help him carry his load to earn few bucks for her living. She was a mute in nature, and couldn't speak and thus communicated in her symbolic language. I asked her if she does go to school or not. She replied she don't go to school. And I wonder about government and administration which even discusses about prohibition of child labor for works, with laws and acts implemented, but still child labor is seen in nation. U.N.O too might have resolutions agains child labour and forced labour, though implementation isn't seen among the member nations. Nepal has special schools for disabled students too, and I wonder about public conscience as no parents would allow their children for child labour. I asked her permission to click her photo, and denied when he tried to carry my luggage, but still provided her money. She sat with a brilliantly to pose for a photograph.

Question depends upon our conscience, which author has tried to describe it as a combined form of morality, self-experience, action to be self by self in such cases, wit, education, and experience.
