Decency

The Hermit said,
"Power provides oppurtunities,
and safeguard.
That is why peoples thrives for power.
Descency provides
satisfaction and happiness.
And when descency is threatened
requiring power for safeguard
Peoples know,
why beasts can seldom be domesticated."

The crowds remained clueless.
