In Nepal, we can see politics everywhere. This is not a bad system in itself as we can see evidently from history, how particularly greek philosophy dominated the western world by means of politics. However, In Nepal, politics is constrained, due to which freedom provided by constitution has been again constrained regarding politics, in such a way that acts and politics formulated by governmental offices are against politics. For an example, a teacher cannot be cadre of political party, neither can take part in political election. However, same teachers can be found to be involved in various teacher and teaching related organizations standing in elections. Same is for professors at university, and other every governmental agencies, authorities and corporations where politics can be seen actively in the name of trade unions and other unions.

So, question arises, why the law has been breached by the educated and conscious peoples themselves?

Here, we present a hypothetical solution for legalising the politics in administrative system across varying administrative sections.
1. First of all, we should encourage everyone to be involved in politics, so that they can know politics more better with school of political philosophy of political parties such that discourses can take place in varying matters.

2. Acts and Policies where governmental, semi-governmental, as well as authorities where government excercises power, and where politics is banned and discouraged for employees should be ammended. We present further outlines for considering ammendments with reasons.
   a) Employees should be allowed to be involved in politics besides their duty hours.

   b) Use of political influence should be strongly discouraged to avoid injustice in administrative works and performance.

   c) Employees should be allowed to be cadre of political party, whose opinions would play a vital role for the development of politics itself as educated peoples generally comes with brilliant ideas which are notable to be discussed.

    d) Employees shouldn't be allowed to take part in elections conducted by government for functioning of government because those employees are already a public servant across varying adminsitrations and institutions.

If we can consider these points, then we shall uprise from the consequences seen from the Panchayat system formulated in Nepal by late King Mahendra. Politics isn't banned in Nepal, it's true, but laws has constricted politics among few peoples due to which the public servants themselves are breaching laws. This should be taken as as rebel act and a silent revolution. So lets formally end consequnces of panchayat system seen in administrative politics of Nepal, that vary from schooling till university, as well as among governmental agencies and administration.

Peoples do say, "Diamond is needed while cutting diamond". This is true for both politics, and religion by means of education. And it is an evident psychological fact that, most of Nepalese peoples prefers election, that's a strong basis for democracy and recognition of power of vote to elect leader. We only lack schools of political philosophy to address problems.
