Photo-feature: IP blocked and unblocked

 

The above screenshot shows an example of unblocked IP address which is still not allowed to access this very same website pardaphas.com. This screenshot is taken from cellphone of author. Once IP address too used to show being blocked and concerned administration was informed 5 years back. Strong Cyber Laws should be enforced.
