Photo-feature: Data Entry Error

 

 

The above picture shows data entry error seen at Transport Management Office, Jhapa. In the admit card for the examination of driving license, applicant's father name is properly written with middle name, where as in the revenue bill middle name is omitted. This is a data entry error occured by neglegence while entering data because field for middle name too might have been available while revenue bill is printed out.
