Photo-feature: Character Error

 

This is document to be submitted during biometric visit to Transport Management Office in Nepal. Here in the citizenship number place, author himself has written using dash "-", instead of slash "/", and employees at Transport Managment Office demanded "/" instead of "-". Question arises, if dash can't be used instead of slash then when in online form "Character Error" or "Invalid Character" isn't shown by the system while filling the form. Author asked same question to which proper answer wasn't given, because this was a error due to server problem. Thus character error was seen in the working process of Department of Transport Management.
